Tim is passionate and knowledgeable about real estate development in Cleveland and NE Ohio, especially those projects that make Cleveland a more vibrant and viable place. He has partnered in building and developing $10 million + urban infill residential real-estate in Cleveland. Tim is responsible for land acquisition and real estate market analysis, as well as project planning from concept to completion.
Tim is also skilled in the oversight and management of construction contractors, as well as environmental, legal, architectural, and engineering consultants. Tim has had much success in obtaining unprecedented project planning & zoning approvals in traditional “NIMBY “ neighborhoods.
Tim has achieved 100% sales prior to completion of all projects. His projects have included the use of innovative residential construction techniques on challenging urban sites where environmental remediation and soil stabilization is required.
Tim has a Masters Degree in Urban Studies from Maxine Levin School at Cleveland State University, and lives in Cleveland Heights, OH. He has also been certified by the State of Ohio as a Class I Building official, and has served in that capacity for several Cleveland area communities.
Ned spent much of his early days living and working in and around University Circle. Despite living in the Chicago area for a number of years, he is a native Clevelander, and has a passion for developing unique and appealing residential condo and townhome projects on challenging but well located sites in and around his hometown.
As a Principal of several real estate development LLCs, he has played a significant role in several successful Cleveland area projects, including the Edgehill Townhomes, Larchmere Lofts Condominiums, and the Larchmere Court Condominiums. Several other multifamily and projects are currently on the drawing board, including Mayfield Lofts and Zen124 Apartments.
Ned also has diverse and extensive background in real estate development and other businesses, having been involved and responsible for financial management, sales, online marketing, design, financing, and business planning. He has been involved with several other successful high growth and startup businesses , and uses his love of development, drive and creativity to produce exception well-conceived projects that are designed to stand out from other projects in the marketplace. Ned has a BBA in Accounting from Ohio University and lives in Lisle, IL
